Chef Shehab Medhat has curated an eight-course tasting menu that mirrors the arc of the artworks. Every dish represents a different goddess and a distinct emotion, allowing the evening to evolve with every bite:

Demeter: A dish celebrating the generosity of the earth, featuring caramelized cauliflower and rich onion textures.

Artemis: The spirit of the wild captured in a lamb chop with fermented chili and black garlic.

Selene: A refreshing pause of yogurt panna cotta, melon, and lemon granita.
