Whether seeking contemporary Chinese refinement or a fusion of premium Japanese and Chinese flavors, each venue offers a sanctuary of operational excellence and intimate service. For those desiring a more personalized evening, all locations provide an à la carte option, ensuring every romantic narrative is perfectly accommodated. MOLI by SHI: Contemporary Chinese Refinement Located in the heart of Dubai City Walk, MOLI by SHI celebrates the occasion with a menu that balances bold flavors and delicate techniques. The Experience: The set menu (AED 595 per couple) features handcrafted dim sum, including lobster and Angus beef kimchi dumplings, alongside signature mains like red snapper with Gan Shao Yu sauce. The evening concludes with the Infinite Love dessert. Flexibility: À la carte dining is available with a minimum spend of AED 350 per person. SHI: Premium Flavors on the Waterfront At SHI, the journey is defined by luxury and a fusion of premium Chinese and Japanese influences, overlooking the glittering skyline.
