Dubai, UAE: February 17 marks the official start of the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse, associated with strength, speed and ambitious new beginnings. Major dining destinations across the city have launched dedicated menus and cultural activations to celebrate the occassion, with many experiences running through the end of the month.

Main courses feature red seabream with calamansi soy and Australian Wagyu with red peppercorn. The meal concludes with the “Golden Stallion” dessert, a wheatgrass mousse and green apple cremeux creation. Guests can also participate in a traditional wishing ribbon ritual. On 17 February, celebrations will feature a live lion dance and a DJ performance.
