Rua Al Madinah Holding Partners with Adeera for Luxury Hotel Operations

Dubai, UAE: The Kingdom’s hospitality sector is rapidly advancing. Signalling this progress, Rua Al Madinah Holding, and Adeera Hospitality have signed a key partnership agreement. This collaboration entrusts Adeera with the operation and management of two buildings within the Rua Al Madinah Project, which is being developed near the revered Prophet’s Mosque.

The managed portfolio will comprise 250 hotel rooms and 120 luxury residential units under Adeera’s Alia brand, marking a significant step in the company’s efforts to strengthen and empower national brands within its large-scale development framework.

Fostering Authentic Saudi Hospitality

This agreement stands as the first of its kind, integrating a local Saudi management company into a development project that is already attracting leading global hospitality brands.

Mr. Naif bin Saleh Al Hamdan, Chairman of Rua Al Madinah Holding, affirmed the strategic vision: “This partnership with Adeera reflects our commitment to empowering national capabilities in the hospitality sector and strengthening their presence within our major development projects.” He highlighted that the Rua Al Madinah Project contributes directly to Saudi Vision 2030, reinforcing Madinah’s position  as a leading cultural and urban destinationl.

A Diverse and Integrated Ecosystem

Under this strategic agreement, Adeera joins an opulent roster of hotel operation partners, including major global names such as Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, and Hilton. This collective effort is contributing to the introduction of 17 renowned hotel brands within the Rua Al Madinah Project, including Conrad, Fairmont, The Ritz-Carlton, and Hyatt Regency.

The project, driven by Rua Al Madinah Holding, aims to develop a comprehensive hospitality and commercial ecosystem. By increasing accommodation capacity near the Prophet’s Mosque, the development will facilitate the hosting of 30 million visitors, enriching their experience in line with the objectives of the Pilgrims Experience Program and Saudi Vision 2030. This makes the project an unparalleled example of sustaianable development in the Kingdom.
