IHG is launching its Garner Hotels brand in the Middle East, with two new hotels set for Dubai Al Jaddaf and Ras Al Khaimah and 285 rooms between them.

IHG Hotels & Resorts is bringing its Garner brand to the Emirates for the first time, and Garner Hotels UAE will make its regional debut through two new properties signed in partnership with Nooa Holdings. IHG expects both hotels to open in 2026, adding 285 rooms between them.

What Garner Hotels UAE offers guests
Garner is pitched at the mainstream market, with the focus on good-quality stays at an accessible price. The promise is a simple one: a convenient location, a good night’s sleep and a great breakfast. It is a conversion brand, so it works with existing buildings rather than new builds, and its guests can earn and use points through IHG’s loyalty programme, IHG One Rewards.

Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown
The larger of the two is the 204-room Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown, which brings the brand to the growing northern emirate. The converted hotel sits by the creek in Al Nakheel, close to Al Naeem Mall and about 15 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, making it a handy base for both business and leisure guests.

Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf
In Dubai, the 81-room Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf will sit near Al Jaddaf Waterfront, between Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. It will feature a rooftop pool over Dubai Creek, and guests will stay within easy reach of the city’s main business, leisure and cultural spots.

What IHG and Nooa Holdings say
Haitham Mattar, Managing Director for India, Middle East and Africa at IHG Hotels & Resorts, said the UAE was a natural launch market for the brand. “Bringing Garner Hotels to the Middle East is an important step in strengthening IHG’s midscale offer in the region. The UAE is a natural launch market for the brand, with strong demand from travellers seeking high-quality stays at an accessible price point and from owners looking for a compelling model backed by IHG’s systems, scale and global platforms. We are pleased to mark this milestone with Nooa Holdings as we continue to bring the right

brands to the right locations across the UAE.”Amit Basnet, Founder and CEO of Nooa Holdings, welcomed the partnership. “We are pleased to partner with IHG through Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf and Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown. Garner Hotels’ flexible model and focus on high-quality, affordable stays make it a strong fit for these two destinations. We look forward to opening both hotels and exploring further opportunities to grow our portfolio with IHG.”I

HG’s wider UAE plans
The two hotels join a busy stretch ahead for IHG in the UAE. The group already runs 39 hotels across eight brands in the country, including InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, voco, Holiday Inn Resort, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites, with a pipeline of 110 more due to open over the next three to five years. The arrival of Garner Hotels UAE adds another name to that growing line-up.
