Looking for a high-octane family adventure in Dubai? Legoland Dubai Resort is revving up for ‘Build the Thrill,’ a unique LEGO and Formula 1 event. It is set to take place from April 5 to May 31, 2025. Imagine your kids building LEGO race cars, competing in thrilling challenges, and celebrating like Grand Prix champions!
This event combines the creative joy of LEGO with the adrenaline rush of Formula 1, offering an unforgettable experience for young racers and families visiting Dubai.
The resort features a theme park, water park, and hotel, all LEGO themed. Designed for families with children aged 2-12, the resort offers over 40 rides, shows, and attractions. LEGOLAND Dubai is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, near Palm Jebel Ali.
Guests can participate in building challenges, enjoy themed shows, and race for victory within the park and hotel.
Throughout April and on weekends in May, Legoland Dubai will host Grand Prix-inspired activities. Children can design Lego race cars, compete in speed challenges, and celebrate at the Grand Podium. At Legoland Hotel, guests can join dance parties and creative workshops, extending the racing experience beyond the park.
Race into Action at LEGOLAND Dubai
Upon arrival, young racers receive a Pit Pass and join Team Red or Team Blue, setting the stage for a day of competition. LEGO City becomes the Paddock Club, featuring interactive challenges and experiences.
Speed Challenges and Races:
At the Driver’s Academy, families build LEGO race cars and test them on ramps. Time trials and knockout tournaments offer competitive fun, with expert tips from Playmakers. The Hall of Fame showcases creative car designs, with prizes for outstanding builds.
Entertainment and Celebrations:
The Pit Party features team showdowns, and MINILAND adds racing-themed LEGO displays and scavenger hunts. Victory celebrations at the FACTORY Stage offer photo opportunities with LEGO trophies and racing gear. Each evening at 7:30 PM, guests can win LEGO sets in a raffle.
Themed Dining and Retail:
Track Snacks offers Grand Prix-themed treats like Circuit Shakes and Tyre Doughnuts. LEGO City also serves classic snacks. Guests can purchase exclusive LEGO Formula 1 sets, including special deals on LEGO Speed Champions cars.
LEGOLAND Hotel: Extended Racing Experience
LEGOLAND Hotel continues the racing theme with after-parties, themed dining at Bricks Family Restaurant, and creative workshops led by Master Model Builders. Families can design LEGO trophies at the hotel lobby.
