Led by the Head Butcher, these sessions are designed for anyone who wants to move beyond basic home cooking. Whether you are looking for a refined culinary challenge or a fun afternoon with the family, these classes provide a practical, step-by-step guide to working with premium ingredients.

The Sausage Making Masterclass is a relaxed, educational session suitable for all ages. Priced at AED 150 per person, this 90-minute workshop teaches you the fundamentals of blending quality meats and spices. Each guest crafts four sausages to take home, making it a great way to show children exactly where their food comes from.

For those seeking a more elevated experience, the Beef Wellington Masterclass focuses on the specific techniques of searing, wrapping, and pastry work. Open to guests aged 16 and above for AED 200 per person, this session ensures you leave with a 200g portion of your own creation and the confidence to recreate this iconic dish in your own kitchen.

To keep the experience interactive, each masterclass is limited to just four guests. This small group size allows the Fin & Bone team to offer direct, one-on-one guidance on knife skills, meat sourcing, and seasoning.

Sessions run from Monday to Saturday at 1pm and 3.30pm. By teaching participants how to handle premium beef cuts, Wagyu, and lamb using professional techniques, these classes offer a rare opportunity to learn from industry experts in a social, community-focused environment.
