At the heart of the Metamorphosis Brunch is a four-course menu designed by multi-award-winning Chef Reif Othman. Othman, originally from Singapore, is renowned for his significant impact on Dubai’s culinary landscape.

Known for his unconventional approach to Japanese and broader Far Eastern cuisine, Chef Othman often infuses his dishes with subtle French and Italian techniques, making his culinary contributions to the Metamorphosis Brunch truly unique.
The menu features exquisite dishes such as Beef Tartare with plantain crisps and furikake, the rich Black Cod Donburi with miso butter, crispy Rock Shrimp Tempura, delicate Salmon Tataki, and earthy Mushroom Croquettes with truffle. The culinary experience concludes on a high note with a delightful Salted Caramel Gelato, accompanied by honeycomb, matcha mochi, and a red bean sauce.
