Strategic move strengthens Palm Jumeirah presence

Dubai, UAE, May 26, 2025: Minor Hotels, a global hotel owner, operator, and investor, has signed a hotel management agreement for a beachfront property on Dubai’s Palm West Beach. This is in collaboration with Seven Tides. Effective August 1st, 2025, this resort and serviced residences—currently Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel—will join Minor Hotels’ managed portfolio. This strengthens the group’s presence in the United Arab Emirates and establishes it as the largest operator on the Trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.
Boosting key count on Palm Jumeirah
The resort includes 273 hotel keys and 287 serviced apartments. It is on a beachfront location next to NH Collection Dubai The Palm, which launched in February 2023. This agreement will increase Minor Hotels’ total key count on Palm Jumeirah to 1,524 keys across three properties: Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, NH Collection Dubai The Palm, and the newly added property. This reinforces the group’s commitment to the region.
Palm West Beach: A premier Dubai destination
Located on Palm West Beach, a lifestyle destination, the property offers direct access to a beachfront promenade with restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment venues. Its location provides access to major areas and is a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.
The property has various room and suite options. The 287 serviced apartments include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Guests can use six dining venues, a specialty restaurant, and a pool bar. It also has a private beach, infinity pool, lazy river, and wellness and family facilities.

Commitment to Guest Experience and Future Growth
Minor Hotels will conduct a soft refurbishment of guest rooms and public spaces before a rebranding of the property, to be announced later in 2025. This shows the group’s commitment to delivering value for guests and partners while enhancing the property’s market positioning.
“This expanded collaboration with Seven Tides represents a strategic alignment of values and vision. Palm Jumeirah is a dynamic hospitality market, and securing a presence on West Beach enables us to bring our guest experiences to a location that embodies the energy and ambition of Dubai,” stated Dillip Rajakarier, CEO Minor Hotels.
“This is a landmark moment for Minor Hotels as we expand our presence in one of the world’s competitive hospitality markets,” said Amir Golbarg, Senior Vice President Minor Hotels Middle East & Africa. “This addition reflects our strategic vision for growth in high-demand urban resort destinations. It also strengthens our relationship with Seven Tides. Together, we look forward to elevating the guest experience and delivering long-term success on Palm Jumeirah.”
