Smoki Moto Unveils New Menu, Redefining Korean Steakhouse in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – March 27: Smoki Moto, Dubai’s first licensed Korean steakhouse, introduces a new menu this March. The restaurant offers premium meats and Korean flavors, with dining inside or on a terrace overlooking Palm West Beach.

The expanded Butcher’s Shop features cuts like Wagyu T-Bone and 1KG Wagyu bone-in Ribeye, prepared in-house. The 7-Hour Shortrib Wang-Galbi Ssam offers char-grilled ribs with sweet soy jus and lettuce wraps. Wagyu Soboro Sot Bap is a seasoned beef and egg rice bowl.

Starters include Wagyu Neobiani, a beef cake with pine nuts and onion Jang sauce, and Korean Beef Tartare (Yukhoe) with yukhoe sauce and Korean pear. Salmon Hoe offers fresh salmon with onions, chili dadaegi, and gochujang vinaigrette.

Crispy dishes include Perilla Twigim, wagyu beef and vegetable-stuffed perilla leaves with rose tteok-bokki foam, and Honey Butter Potato Jeon, a potato pancake with chives and honey butter.

Bibimbaps feature Yukhoe Bibimbap with raw wagyu tartare, Classic Bibimbap with vegetables, and Wooji Kimchi Bibimbap with kimchi.

Noodle dishes include Potato Sujebi with hand-pulled noodles in perilla and dashi broth, Mul-Bibim with gochujang broth, cucumber, and white kimchi, and Ganjang Bibim with noodles, soy sauce, perilla oil, and green onions.

Clam Soon Dubu Jjigae is a Korean soft tofu stew with clams.

Desserts include Coco Mango Bingsu, coconut milk shaved ice with mango compote and mint, Flavoured Korean Tteock, rice cakes with sweet flavors, and Korean Sweet Potato Basque Cheesecake with sesame biscuit crumble.

Smoki Moto’s new menu emphasizes premium cuts and Korean cuisine, aiming to provide a steak and fine dining experience in Dubai.
