Tarun Jewalikar Takes Helm as New F&B Cluster Director at Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha

Dubai, UAE: Accor has announced the appointment of Tarun Jewalikar as the new Cluster Director of Food and Beverage for Novotel Dubai Al Barsha and Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha.

Jewalikar brings a wealth of experience to his new position.

He previously served as Cluster F&B Manager for Accor’s Deira Waterfront cluster, overseeing operations at Ibis Styles, Mercure Hotel, and Adagio Dubai Deira.

Known for his pioneering work in environmentally and socially conscious hospitality, Jewalikar has a strong track record of implementing impactful sustainability programs. These include zero-waste initiatives, collaborations with hydroponic farms, and partnerships with local suppliers, all aligning with Accor's brand values and ownership principles. Jewalikar's educational background includes an MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches Global Hospitality School, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK.

During his tenure, he achieved significant success, including boosting profitability across all properties, fostering a highly motivated team, and launching sustainability initiatives that garnered industry recognition.

His leadership also saw the successful introduction of new restaurant and bar concepts, the execution of high-profile regional events, and the formation of impactful partnerships with both local and international brands.

In his new capacity, Jewalikar is set to lead a major transformation at Novotel and Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha.
