This collaboration marks a global milestone: Turkish Airlines is now the launch airline to implement SmartThings technologies for passenger baggage tracking worldwide. Designed with a passenger-first mindset, the service aims to eliminate the stress of travel by providing faster and more efficient tracking for baggage equipped with Galaxy SmartTag.
Beginning December 1st, passengers can seamlessly monitor their belongings through the SmartThings Find app. This integration not only provides location data but also allows travelers to upload a photo of their luggage within the app, significantly easing the identification process in the event of a delay.
