A new food and cocktail menu at Josette

Josette DIFC unveils its new chapter, A Season in Bloom, featuring a refreshed French menu, a new Le Jardin cocktail collection (La Coquine), and an extended Burj Khalifa terrace.

Under the creative direction of Chef Burcu Cracknell and Chef Rory Duncan, Josette has unveiled a new culinary direction.

The new menu balances indulgence with lightness, elegance with vitality where each dish is inspired by the season, a celebration of nature’s artistry and the refined simplicity that defines French dining. The experience is immersive, feminine, and unexpected, from the first pour of olive oil infused with clipped herbs to the final note of dessert.

Josette has also introduced a new cocktail collection, called Le Jardin.

This menu draws inspiration from the freshness and fragrance of a Parisian garden in full bloom. The drinks blend delicate botanical notes such as blackberry and jasmine, Thai basil and yuzu, and olive and rosemary. This creates a series that celebrates craftsmanship, flavour, and a touch of theatre.

Signature cocktails include La Coquine a blend of Belvedere Vodka, dry vermouth, dill, and a blue-cheese-stuffed olive. This is an elegant yet cheeky twist on a classic, set to become Josette’s signature; Le Flirt a French-twisted Bellini featuring Prosecco, apple, mint, and white pear. It’s sparkling, playful, and impossibly charming; Brève Liaison, a cocktail that brings together Suze, Malfy Gin, pineapple, and chamomile soda, creating a bitter-chic, breezy, and softly tropical drink finished with a delicate chamomile flourish.

Elegance, Hospitality, and Performance

The restaurant’s transformation extends beyond the menu. Josette now features an extended terrace, elegantly reimagined for the cooler months.

Guests can dine under the stars and enjoy DIFC and Burj Khalifa in full view. Josette has also launched a new private dining area. This area is one of Dubai’s most exclusive, boasting a dedicated bar and terrace, providing a discreet and sophisticated setting for intimate gatherings and private events.

Adding to the enchantment, Philippe Krier, Josette’s unique Parisian performer, returns with a winter residency. His performances run from 20th to 28th November and again from 14th to 28th December, transforming the venue into a living stage of music, theatre, and French charm.

Guiding the team into this new chapter is General Manager Baby Gilbert Mutombo. He brings 17 years of experience from celebrated dining rooms globally, including Hakkasan Dubai and LPM in London and Dubai. His hands-on leadership shapes the elegance, warmth, and precision that define the Josette experience.

“Josette exemplifies how Dubai continues to elevate its hospitality standards — pairing world-class design with a refined culinary and cultural experience,” shares Ben McGregor, SVP, Real Estate Management & Operations, Brookfield Properties.
