Under the creative direction of Chef Burcu Cracknell and Chef Rory Duncan, Josette has unveiled a new culinary direction.
The new menu balances indulgence with lightness, elegance with vitality where each dish is inspired by the season, a celebration of nature’s artistry and the refined simplicity that defines French dining. The experience is immersive, feminine, and unexpected, from the first pour of olive oil infused with clipped herbs to the final note of dessert.
Josette has also introduced a new cocktail collection, called Le Jardin.
This menu draws inspiration from the freshness and fragrance of a Parisian garden in full bloom. The drinks blend delicate botanical notes such as blackberry and jasmine, Thai basil and yuzu, and olive and rosemary. This creates a series that celebrates craftsmanship, flavour, and a touch of theatre.
Signature cocktails include La Coquine a blend of Belvedere Vodka, dry vermouth, dill, and a blue-cheese-stuffed olive. This is an elegant yet cheeky twist on a classic, set to become Josette’s signature; Le Flirt a French-twisted Bellini featuring Prosecco, apple, mint, and white pear. It’s sparkling, playful, and impossibly charming; Brève Liaison, a cocktail that brings together Suze, Malfy Gin, pineapple, and chamomile soda, creating a bitter-chic, breezy, and softly tropical drink finished with a delicate chamomile flourish.
