Guests are invited to begin their journey with a sharing menu priced at AED 225 per person. This features a selection of Amelia’s most iconic creations: Reimagined Classics such as wild sea bass ceviche and wagyu empanadas; Inventive Dishes including gyoza de pollo and truffle flammkuchen; Indulgent Desserts concluding with Pelota de Chocolat and Pineapple Crème Brûlée.

Each is curated by Amelia’s expert sommeliers to perfectly complement the menu’s intricate flavours. Both options are priced at AED 425 per person: Wine Pairing Option One features La Scolca ‘ II Valentino’ Gavi (Piedmont), Trenel Pouilly-Fuissé (Burgundy or Grand Village by Château Lafleur (Bordeaux), and Donnafugata Kabir Moscato di Pantelleri  (Sicily); Wine Pairing Option Two presents La Scolca ‘Il Valentino’ Gavi from Piedmont (Piedmont), Pascal Jolivet Sancerre (Loire Valley or Frescobaldi ‘Nipozzano’ Chianti Rufina (Tuscany), and Donnafugata Kabir Moscato di Pantelleria  (Sicily).
