The selection process balanced global trends, guest preferences, and the versatility of the restaurant’s food menu. Wines were chosen to accommodate every diner, whether enjoying a single glass or a bottle, while perfectly complementing the culinary offerings. This includes crisp whites and sake with Japanese dishes, bold reds paired with premium steaks, and champagne selections perfect for celebrations.
The menu introduces a refined balance of both iconic and emerging labels. It highlights expressive wines from the United States alongside distinguished selections from across Europe and beyond.
Knezevic stated, “Our goal was to combine the prestige of classic Old World wines with fresh, contemporary finds from the New World.”
