Bâoli Dubai Launches “OUT OF OFFICE” Business Lunch at J1 Beach

Signature Culinary Selection

The set menu is curated by Executive Chef Omar Basiony and features a selection of the restaurant’s recognised dishes. The Truffle Wagyu Tartare is hand-cut and finished with aged parmesan and brioche crisps, while the Miso-Glazed Black Cod is caramelised and served with pickled daikon. Guests can also enjoy Smoked Lamb Cutlets prepared with a pomegranate jus or the Lobster Linguine tossed with chilli, garlic, and a light tomato emulsion. Each dish focuses on the technical precision and modern presentation styles that have defined Bâoli’s reputation since its debut in the Dubai dining scene.
