Forty3 Launches at Media One Hotel: Gates Hospitality Unveils Dubai’s Ultimate Lifestyle Playground

Dubai, UAE: Dubai’s social scene is about to get a serious upgrade. Gates Hospitality will launch Forty3, a high-rise destination perched on the 43rd floor of Media One Hotel. Consequently. This move transforms the property into a seven-venue destination. Bringing three distinct concepts under one roof, Forty3 will be crafted for dining, late nights, social energy, and offering sweeping skyline views.

To celebrate the launch of Papafuku, guests dining between 27 October and 7 November will enjoy 43% off all food items from Monday to Thursday.

Dr. Naim Maadad, Chief Executive and Founder of Gates Hospitality, shared his vision. “With Forty3, we want to create more than just a collection of venues,” he said. “This will be a destination where people come together to socialise, collaborate, and celebrate, all within one vibrant community hub.” He added that Dubai thrives on connection. Therefore, Forty3 will reflect that spirit with three unique concepts designed to complement one another.

Papafuku: The Father of Luck

Gates Hospitality unveils Forty3 at Media One Hotel, launching three concepts—Papafuku, Velvet Social, and The Office—as Dubai’s new lifestyle destination.

The first stop will be Papafuku, literally “Father of Luck.” This is a cheeky, modern spin on South-East Asian dining. The menu moves from sizzling Wagyu Gyoza and Bubble Rock Shrimp Tempura to fiery Chilli Mud Crab. Furthermore, it offers innovative sushi rolls and bowls of ramen. Dishes like Miso-glazed Black Cod and Angus Beef Rendang deliver bold flavours. Meanwhile, sashimi on ice and vibrant hot starters keep the energy flowing. Papafuku is dynamic, playful, and designed for daytime dining through to nights that will not stop at one round.

Velvet Social: The High-Energy Core

Next up will be Velvet Social, the high-energy core of Forty3 after dark. Expect creative cocktails, DJs dropping beats, and live acts that light up the room.  Velvet Social will drive Dubai’s nightlife and keep the city alive until the early hours.

Completing the trio will be The Office, but not the kind you dread on a Monday morning. This sleek space flips the script on traditional venues. It offers a place to connect, collaborate, and unwind.
