Designed for those who appreciate flavour, freshness, and finesse, Fumée’s Lunch offers a well-balanced three-course experience. Available every Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 4 PM, this menu is a perfect midday escape, starting at AED 119.

Guests can begin with a choice of salads ranging from the vibrant Classic Greek and Turkish Arugula to the indulgent Velvet Goat and Pistachio Arugula. For mains, diners can choose between tender Chicken Shish with garlic yoghurt, the fiery Adana Kebab with grilled tomato salsa, or delicate Grilled Salmon finished in lemon butter. Those seeking an elevated twist can upgrade to an Angus Ribeye Steak for an additional AED 75, accompanied by crispy fries or chargrilled asparagus. The experience ends on a sweet note with Chocolate Profiteroles or a refreshing plate of Fresh Watermelon, paired with tea, coffee, or sparkling water. The lunch is served at Fumée Steakhouse, Fairmont Dubai, 2nd Floor.

A classic pairing for the evening, the Steak & Grap experience is all about indulgence with intent, priced at AED 235. Available every Tuesday from 6 PM to 11 PM across both the Fairmont and Marina-District 8 locations, this menu sets the tone for an evening of rich, layered flavour.

The evening begins with a Truffle Beef Tartar served alongside a glass of fine red grape. For the main course, guests can choose between the Angus Filet Mignon (200g) or the Angus Striploin (300g). Both cuts are served with golden fries and prepared to perfection, a fitting reflection of Fumée’s dedication to quality and craft.
