HANU and TakaHisa Announce Exclusive One-Night Omakase Collaboration at Palm Jumeirah

Dubai, UAE: On 30 March 2026, St. Regis Gardens will host a culinary collaboration between HANU and the triple-toque-rated TakaHisa. The one-night-only event will bring together Executive Chef Kyung Soo-moon with TakaHisa’s masters, Hisao Ueda and Takashi Namekata, following their 16.5/20 score in the Gault&Millau UAE 2026 guide.

The 12-Course Omakase Journey

HANU at St. Regis Gardens partners with three-toque TakaHisa for a 12-course Korean-Japanese omakase experience on 30 March 2026.

The collaboration features a 12-course omakase menu designed to highlight Japanese precision alongside modern Korean culinary philosophy. The progression begins with HANU’s signature Anjusang welcome snacks, followed by TakaHisa’s Awabi (abalone) and HANU’s Jeju Mandarin Ceviche. The experience continues with a four-piece sushi omakase from Chef Namekata and Korean-style Kimbap, leading into a central beef course that pairs TakaHisa’s Ozaki beef with HANU’s Hanwoo. The evening concludes with acorn noodles featuring fresh truffle and a seasonal dessert finale.
