Rooted in the spirit of Hansang (한상, 韓床), meaning “a full Korean table,” the new experience embodies the balance, generosity, and artistry of traditional Korean dining. Multiple dishes are presented together to create a shared, harmonious feast. Every element, from side dishes (banchan) to grilled meats, rice, and soups—reflects the Korean philosophy that food is both nourishment and connection.
Guests begin with Truffle Egg Custard. This is followed by a choice of two starters such as Beef Tartare with Gochujang Pear, Bluefin Tuna Ceviche, Truffle Mushroom Kimbap, or Kimchi Arancini.
The experience continues with ” Meat Me at the Grill,” featuring two premium cuts: Australian Black Angus and Australian Wagyu MB 6-7. These are served with seasonal Ban Chan, stews with rice, and Green Leaf Baskets. This setup evokes the essence of a home-style Korean feast, elevated through refined craftsmanship.
“Hansang Lunch is more than a meal; it’s a celebration of how Koreans connect through food,” says Chef Kyung Soo Moon. “It captures the spirit of harmony and generosity that defines our cuisine, brought to life through modern craftsmanship.”
Priced at AED 195 per person, Hansang Lunch is available every Saturday, inviting guests to embrace a new weekend ritual that bridges Korean heritage and contemporary dining in the heart of Dubai.
