Manna, London’s favourite Smash-Burger comes to Dubai’s Alserkal Avenue

Dubai, UAE: Manna, the London-born smash-burger brand, is now heading to the UAE and is set to open its doors at Dubai’s Alserkal Avenue on 6 November.

The brand first started at London’s Arcade food hall, which opened in 2023. The smash burger spot quickly became one of that venue’s biggest draws. Today, Manna operates restaurants at iconic locations like Tottenham Court Road and Battersea Power Station. The brand has cultivated a loyal following and drawn critical acclaim.

The Alserkal opening is the first time Arcade has expanded internationally. It successfully brings Manna’s mix of food, culture, and creativity to one of Dubai’s most dynamic districts.

Culture, Creativity, and Exclusive Flavours

Alserkal Avenue, the heartbeat of Dubai’s contemporary culture, houses various creative organisations, spanning art galleries, design studios and performance spaces.

The venue serves as the perfect stage for Manna’s international debut.

Manna Dubai will launch with a curated menu, bringing London favourites alongside a Dubai exclusive creation: Wagyu Kimchi Smash which is the Dubai exclusive signature smash.

It features Ssamjang mayo, kimchi, seaweed, and a slice of cheese; Classic Smash a classic including a smashed patty, American cheese, mustard, ketchup, mayo, pickles, and onions; Hot One a spicy option featuring a smashed patty, hot oil, chilli cheese, pickled jalapeños, pickles, and Manna sauce.

The venue will also serve Seasoned Waffle Fries and Hot Flame Waffle Fries.

A Natural Fit for Dubai

Feroz Gajia, Manna Co-Founder, expressed great enthusiasm. “We’re incredibly excited to see Manna launch its first MENA location in the UAE,” he commented. He noted that UAE locals have shown the brand warmth and support at its London locations. He feels expanding into the vibrant Alserkal Avenue is a natural extension of his East London home. Therefore, it truly feels like the perfect fit for Manna.

The opening sets the stage for Manna’s next chapter. It introduces Dubai audiences to a brand that blends bold flavour with cultural energy.
