The signature seafood market sits at the heart of the Meraki experience. Guests are invited to handpick the freshest catch of the day. For instant, they select shrimp, calamari, langoustines, or a whole fish. Guests then have it prepared exactly to their liking. Options include grilling with olive oil and lemon, oven-baking, folding into pasta, or baking on a crisp pizza. They can also nestle the catch inside a traditional Greek peinirli boat bread.
The menu celebrates the essence of Greek dining: authentic, fresh, and designed for sharing. To elevate the experience, Meraki also offers Greek wines, ouzo, tsipouro, and storytelling-inspired signature beverages.
