Dubai, UAE: The fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai 2025 took place at the opulent Address Sky View hotel, tonight, May 22.
This year’s revelation was a landmark event, showcasing an astounding 119 establishments covering over 35 cuisine types.
This year marks a historic moment with the recognition of two new Three MICHELIN Star restaurants, two new One MICHELIN Star restaurants, and an impressive five new Bib Gourmands.

A Historic Achievement: Two Restaurants Earn Three MICHELIN Stars
For the first time since the MICHELIN Guide’s inception in Dubai in 2022, two restaurants have been awarded the coveted Three MICHELIN Stars.
This prestigious distinction signifies “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey,” cementing their status as true culinary destinations.
Making history as the first Indian restaurant globally to earn the Guide’s highest accolade, Trèsind Studio achieved Three MICHELIN Stars in its fourth appearance in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai. This immersive Indian concept is a testament to Chef Himanshu Saini’s boundless imagination and creativity. The tasting menu reimagines traditional Indian dishes from various regions, expertly crafting them into vibrant, visually stunning, and incredibly flavorful creations.

A brand-new addition to the Guide, FZN by Björn Frantzén immediately soared to Three MICHELIN Stars. This true destination restaurant is the Middle Eastern debut for acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén. With a stellar team, FZN delivers a near faultless, highly sophisticated dining experience. Expect an array of dishes that masterfully blend Scandinavian and Asian influences, making exquisite use of the finest luxury ingredients.
New Stars on the Horizon: Two Restaurants Awarded One MICHELIN Star
The 2025 selection also welcomes two new establishments to the prestigious One MICHELIN Star category, a distinction recognizing “high-quality cooking, worth a stop.” This brings the total number of One MICHELIN Star restaurants in Dubai to fourteen.

Jamavar’s Dubai outpost not only joins the 2025 selection but also earns its first One MICHELIN Star. Located in Dubai’s vibrant Opera district, this acclaimed Indian restaurant is celebrated for its perfectly balanced and harmonious dishes, all crafted with prime ingredients.
Helmed by talented Dubai-born chef Abhiraj Khatwani, Thai restaurant Manāo receives its first One MICHELIN Star. An ode to the cuisine closest to his heart, Manāo serves an 11-course tasting menu of reimagined Thai classics with a contemporary twist, while consistently staying true to the cuisine’s vibrant and authentic roots.

Five New Bib Gourmand Restaurants
Beyond the Stars, the MICHELIN Guide also champions restaurants offering “great quality, great value cooking” with its Bib Gourmand award. Named after Bibendum, the Michelin Man, this year sees five new additions, bringing Dubai’s total to 22 Bib Gourmand restaurants.

The new Bib Gourmand recipients include:
