The menu includes traditional Arabic beverages such as Tamr Hindi, Qamar Al Din and Karkade, followed by a buffet of Middle Eastern and international dishes. Highlights include live stations for Lamb Ozi, a mixed grill with Shish Taouk and Lamb Kofta, and a selection of hot mezze including meat kibbeh and fatayer.
