Radisson Hotel Group Reports Record Growth in Middle East and Northeast Africa for 2025

Dubai, UAE: Radisson Hotel Group has hit a record expansion pace, adding 3,200 keys and 1,300 rooms across the Middle East and Northeast Africa in 2025 alone. Now exceeding 100 properties in the region, the group is aggressively pivoting toward urban conversions and branded residences to reach a 150-hotel target by 2030.

Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates Development

In Saudi Arabia, recent openings include Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Al Sahafa, Radisson Hotel & Residence Riyadh Olaya, Radisson Blu Hotel and Convention Centre Riyadh Minhal and Radisson Hotel Madinah. An agreement was also reached with Knowledge Economic City for a Park Inn by Radisson hotel and serviced apartments in Madinah. In the United Arab Emirates, the group signed Radisson Residences Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi in collaboration with Royal Development Holding. Development also continues for Radisson RED on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, where the lead design consultant has been appointed.

Egypt and Regional Leisure Growth

Egypt saw a return to scale in 2025 with the addition of nearly 1,000 keys to the pipeline, including the Radisson Resort North Coast. The group also has plans for the Radisson Collection Resort in Marsa Alam, scheduled for 2027. Further leisure expansion includes the signing of Radisson Mountain Resort in Faqra, Lebanon. According to Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer for the region, the group is focusing on matching specific assets to brands such as Radisson Collection, art’otel and Radisson RED to maintain performance.
