The all-day dining destination features two distinct evenings. lavours of Moscow and Asia Unplugged are both priced at AED 175 per person. The schedule promises an exploration of authentic tastes from across Russia and Asia. The hotel’s talented culinary team carefully crafted the menus under the guidance of Executive Chef Joseph Yohannan.
Flavours of Moscow: Savoring Timeless Russian Classics
Experience the warmth and richness of Russian cuisine every Thursday from 7 p.m. onwards. This evening pays a heartfelt homage to Moscow’s culinary heritage. Guests indulge in delectable dishes. For Instance, savour classics such as Borscht Soup, Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Kiev, and traditional dumplings.
These are complemented by authentic salads. Try the Mimosa Salad and Selyodka Pod Shuboi. End the night on a sweet note with comforting desserts. Choices include Apple Strudel, Kissel, and Black Forest Cake.

Embark on a journey through the vibrant streets of Asia every Friday from 7 p.m. onwards. The menu celebrates the region’s most beloved flavours Guests enjoy a selection of freshly prepared sushi. Options include the California Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Philadelphia Roll.
Alongside these are hot favourites such as Kung Pao Chicken, Lamb Yellow Curry, Sweet & Sour Fish, and Chicken Teriyaki. Finally, for dessert, delight in sweet treats. Try the Green Tea Crème Brûlée, Banana Shortcake, and Mango Sago.
