UAE Tech Start-Up iReserved Joins Dubai Airshow VISTA Programme to Bridge Hospitality and Aviation Service Ecosystems

Dubai, UAE: iReserved, a UAE-founded hospitality technology platform, will participate in the VISTA Start-Up Programme at the Dubai Airshow 2025 following their recent presence at the Future Hospitality Summit World 2025. The programme highlights emerging companies developing solutions that align with shifting global trends in digital innovation, mobility, and guest experience surrounding major travel hubs.

UAE hospitality platform iReserved is selected for the Dubai Airshow 2025 VISTA Programme. The company will showcase its premium dining reservation engine to aviation and travel stakeholders.

Elevating Guest Experience from Air to Table

iReserved develops digital tools that allow high-end venues to manage seat-level bookings, guest preferences, and operational flow during peak periods. Since major global events in the UAE drive significant footfall to restaurants, lounges, and lifestyle destinations, platforms like iReserved have become increasingly important in maintaining service standards and managing demand.

At the 2025 Dubai Airshow, iReserved will engage with aviation and service-technology stakeholders. They will examine how hospitality systems can interact with broader travel and event ecosystems. The company will showcase its reservation engine and venue management dashboard at Stand V30, inviting discussions on interoperability, user experience, and data-driven service design.

“Dubai’s major events have created new patterns in how guests move between aviation, hospitality and lifestyle experiences,” said Rashed Mohammed Omar Bin Haider, Founder & CEO of iReserved. “Participating in the Dubai Airshow allows us to understand how different sectors are addressing similar expectations around immediacy, clarity and personalised access.”

Strategic Collaboration and Future Direction

Abdul Salam (Abdo) Kayali, General Manager of International Relations at iReserved, added that the Airshow attracts global decision-makers who have a direct influence on how aviation and hospitality ecosystems evolve. “For iReserved, this is an opportunity to listen, learn, share knowledge and build connections that help us align our platform with the future direction of service technology both in the UAE and internationally,” Kayali stated.

The inclusion of a hospitality-focused platform within the Airshow’s start-up pavilion highlights the shifting nature of service technology in the region. As the UAE expands its reputation as a centre for high-end travel and tourism, digital reservation systems are becoming a core part of the visitor journey. This is true not only at venues but also surrounding exhibitions, conferences, and major cultural events. With this iReserved aims to contribute to the UAE’s long-term digital infrastructure.
