Dubai, UAE: Chôm Chôm launches its new cultural dining experience with dedicated Vietnamese breakfast programme. Available every Saturday and Sunday served from 10am to 1pm, the offering moves away from conventional morning menus, presenting a collection of authentic staples from Hanoi and Saigon.
Iconic Morning Staples
The menu features a selection of Vietnam’s most recognised breakfast dishes, led by steaming bowls of pho. Guests can choose between aromatic beef or chicken broths, each served with traditional accompaniments of fresh herbs, bean sprouts and lime to allow for table-side customisation. Alongside the noodle soups, the restaurant serves a variety of bánh mì, the signature Vietnamese baguette known for its specific balance of textures. A highlight of the morning selection is the Fried Egg Banh Mi, which incorporates carrot and kohlrabi pickle, cucumber, fresh coriander and a hint of jalapeño within a crisp baguette.
Vietnamese Coffee Culture
Central to the breakfast experience is the traditional Vietnamese coffee, a robust brew made using imported beans and sweetened with condensed milk. Available in both hot and iced formats, the beverage serves as a traditional pairing for the savoury dishes on the menu. To complement the meal, the restaurant also provides a selection of tropical juices and fresh fruit plates, maintaining a focus on the bright and light flavours characteristic of Vietnamese cuisine.
