The brand, founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, is making an exclusive appearance at Yas Marina. This pop-up will run during Abu Dhabi’s biggest, high-octane sporting and entertainment weekend.
Located on the third floor of Yas Marina’s Building 1, the Nobu pop-up will run from December 1 to 7, 2025. It brings its signature dishes and refined dining experience to the heart of Race Weekend. Ultimately, this limited-time appearance cements Yas Island’s growing reputation as a global fine dining destination.Moreover, it adds an even more sophisticated edge to the electric atmosphere at Yas Marina.
A World-Famous Menu Meets Adrenaline
Chef Nobu Matsuhisa expressed great excitement. “As a fan of motorsport, it feels very special to bring Nobu to Yas Marina for Race Weekend,” he said. “Our signature dishes and classic flavours will be served to fans from all over the world. We look forward to a week full of flavour, fun, and excitement.”
The pop-up blends its world-famous cuisine with the adrenaline-fuelled thrill of Race Weekend. The breath-taking backdrop is Yas Marina. The venue accommodates up to 220 diners. It offers indoor, outdoor, and private dining options.
Guests will enjoy a menu curated exclusively for the pop-up, including Nobu’s most celebrated dishes: Black Cod Miso; Yellowtail; Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy sauce and a selection of Nigiri, Sashimi, and Sushi Maki.The menu also features the beloved Nobu Wagyu Sliders and Wagyu A9 Truffle Amazu and Crispy Onion. The latter is celebrated for its unrivalled juiciness and mellow flavours. Furthermore, guests can savour the sophisticated yet comforting Lobster Tempura with Tamari Honey Sauce.
